Everything was spotless, beautiful location near to the channel tunnel, the town centre and restaurants, wonderful experience. Truly enjoyed staying at the family studio with the tea, bedroom, for instance. The staff was amiable providing the information. The vibe here was family. Besides, the parking was onsite.

I had an amazing time at Les 3 Tilleuls. The garden with its pond full of frogs and fish was such a peaceful and beautiful setting. My kids absolutely loved it! The pool, located in a greenhouse, was a great addition. We were able to swim even when the weather wasn't ideal. The spacious garden provided plenty of space for the kids to play and there were even hammocks for ultimate relaxation. The family room had a beautiful kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Annie and Pascal were lovely hosts and their English-speaking skills made communication easy. They even offered a delicious breakfast upon request. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
The shower in our room was a bit tight and the water turned cold after ten minutes, which was a bit inconvenient with four people needing hot water. However, the water was hot again in the morning and we were able to enjoy our showers.

The hotel is located in a lovely setting, with a beautiful garden as well as a convenient location to the channel tunnel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great facilities. the bathroom is immaculate, and fresh orange juice is available for breakfast. There is a communal area to enjoy meals with good recommendations of nearby restaurants.
The walls are quite thin, and guests may hear noise from others within the building.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and home-made jams, and the pool area was a great surprise for the kids. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel at home. the hotel's location provided easy access to the city's main attractions.
The outdoor seating area was uncomfortable and unusable, and the smell from the pond was unpleasant. The furnishings in the room didn't quite match and the bathroom was poorly designed with a very small toilet.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The facilities were perfect, with a lovely pool and gardens, and secure parking for our car. The location was ideal, close to the motorway and set in a beautiful area with the sound of running water in the background. The breakfast was the best we have had, with homemade jams, muffins, and eggs with bacon. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that even our limited French did not hinder our stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Our room at Les 3 Tilleuls was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were friendly and had great recommendations for activities and take away food. The garden was absolutely stunning and provided a tranquil escape. We also enjoyed the option of swimming in the heated pool, even when the weather wasn't ideal. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
